While a local realtor with knowledge of an area may be useful to help you find a home, you don’t need one to sell your home. As long as you get listed in the MLS, people will find you.

I see no reason to pay listing realtors when it is such a simple process anyone can do this.

We just sold our property! I see no reason to pay listing realtors when it is such a simple process anyone can do this. I was able to save a large portion of my equity, what a blessing.
